*We do require a credit card on file in order to utilize our online booking system. Your card will not be charged when booking, it is simply used to secure your appointment. You will be charged upon completion of your scheduled appointment at our office.

*If you no call/no show for your massage you will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. If you no call/no show for chiropractic you will be charged a $35 fee. If you late cancel there will be $25 fee. These cancellation fees will be charged to the card you put on file when booking.

Meet Dr. Yorks

Dr. Yorks received her BA degree in Psychology from Canisius College in 2014, and completed her DC degree at D’Youville College in 2019. She is board certified with NBCE. She became certified with RockTape for Basic and Performance kinesiology taping, as well as their style of IASTM with RockBlades. Dr. Yorks also holds the Level 1 TPI certification for analyzation of physical abilities and their effect on the golf swing, as well as the Level 1 Precision Nutrition certification. She is skilled in manual techniques including flexion distraction, as well as electrical stimulation therapy, but is always open to learning new styles and techniques in order to keep her patients improving and feeling their best. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Health through George Washington University.

Dr. Yorks grew up in the Hudson Valley region of New York, but upon moving to Buffalo to attend Canisius she fell in love with the ever-growing city and never left. Dr. Novotny received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology with a concentration in Human Biology from SUNY Oneonta in 2015, followed by her Doctorate in Chiropractic from D’Youville College in 2020. Dr. Sarah is certified in basic and performance taping as well as IASTM techniques through Rock Tape, she is a Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach, and a CrossFit Level 2 trainer. She loves working with athletes, Crossfitter’s, the weekend warriors, or anyone trying to improve their every day life and activities. Dr. Sarah uses a wide variety of techniques including manual therapy, IASTM, flexion distraction, cupping, and rehab exercises to get you feeling your best.

Dr. Novotny grew up in a small town south of Buffalo on Chautauqua Lake. Dr. Gilmore received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology from D’Youville College in 2013. She remained at D’Youville and completed her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in 2016. Dr. Gilmore is a Certified Graston Technique Provider and she is very well versed in Cox Flexion-Distraction Therapy, as well as, many other manual adjusting techniques. She is very passionate about learning and expanding her abilities as a Chiropractor so continuing education is a priority to keep current with the most effective and efficient treatments for her patients.

Dr. Jennifer Gilmore has lived in the Buffalo area for over 18 years; originally from Houston, Texas she moved with her family in 1998. Throughout college Jennifer worked as a nail technician and she enjoyed making her clients look and feel their best. This love of working with people and a desire to have a career in the medical field led Jennifer to explore her possibilities. She regularly visited a Chiropractor through out high school and college after a car accident in 2002. Hi, I am Dr. Kaylee! I may look familiar to many as I have worked the front desk here at Peak for 2 years now. I am excited to carry on my time at Peak Performance as their new Chiropractor.

I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic degrees at D’Youville College. I treat patients of all ages! I am trained in the Webster technique and perinatal care. Meet Jesse

Jesse Hardy LMT, a graduate of the New York Institute of Massage. Specializing in therapeutic massage to reduce pain and discomfort, as well as educating clients of the need for proper self-care to improve quality of life. Meet Dr. Marciniak

Dr. Marciniak earned her Bachelors of Science Degree in Sports Medicine and Exercise Science from Canisius College (graduated cum laude in 2008) and went on to earn her Doctorate of Chiropractic from D’Youville College (graduated in 2012). Dr. Marciniak is certified in CAATE, SpiderTech kinesiology taping, as well as various forms of available adjusting techniques. She continues to regularly attend continuing education seminars in order to keep current with the continuously evolving profession of chiropractic.

Dr. Juliana Marciniak aspires to help people with pain and allow them to achieve peak performance health levels. Dr. Marciniak herself has maintained an active lifestyle since she was young. She competitively danced for 15 years, competitively cheered for four years, and has taught group fitness classes for several gyms throughout Buffalo, NY for 15 years. Meet Chris

Christopher majored in Athletic Training at Finger Lakes Community College. He graduated from the New York Institute of Massage in 2005. Christopher studied under Kathy Tronolone P.T., D.O., LMT in an advanced course involving integrative holistic techniques utilizing many osteopathic/physical therapy techniques. While spending a decade as a sleep technician studying sleep medicine, he attended the Upledger Institute for craniosacral therapy and the Barral Institute for visceral manipulation VM 1-3. Upon completetion of Klose Training, Chris recently became a certified manual lymphadema therapist. This allows him to safely and effectively treat patients with lymphatic disorders. He can now assist with complete devongestive therapy which is extremely beneficial for managing post-traumatic and post-surgical edema, chronic venous insufficiency and patients with wounds.
