All No Fault massages must call to book their appointments. We DO NOT take Workers Compensation. Please note Medicaid and Medicaid based plans DO NOT cover chiropractic care. If you have any questions pertaining to if your insurance will cover care please call our office prior to your appointment..

*We do require a credit card on file in order to utilize our online booking system. Your card will not be charged when booking, it is simply used to secure your appointment. You will be charged upon completion of your scheduled appointment at our office.

*If you no call/no show for your massage you will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. If you no call/no show for chiropractic you will be charged a $35 fee. If you late cancel there will be $25 fee. These cancellation fees will be charged to the card you put on file when booking.
